These are some of the questions commonly asked by our customers. Our friendly customer service team would be delighted to assist if you have any further queries or encounter any issues.

1: ORDERS

Prices:

All advertised prices for hampers and shipping are in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive.
In making a purchase from Harper and Lulu, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it carefully.

Product Substitutions:

We make every effort to have stock available of all items, however in certain circumstances where an item may not be available, Harper and Lulu reserve the right to substitute those products with a replacement item guaranteed to be equal or greater value than the original item.

Alcohol:

Gift hampers containing alcohol may only be purchased and delivered to persons over the age of 18.

Confidential Information:
We at Harper and Lulu regard customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. Any information collected by Harper and Lulu is required in order to provide you with our products and services and a high level of customer service. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including email. Your personal information will not be disclosed to anybody other than those who are contracted to our Company, eg Courier companies to fulfill your order.

Cancellations:

All cancellation of gift orders must be made no later than 48hrs prior to delivery. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the gift has left our premises.

2: SHIPPING

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Harper and Lulu makes its best endeavors to deliver an order by the date requested. However, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel an order.

Please take care to enter all delivery details correctly. Incorrect information can result in delays in delivery. For deliveries to business addresses you must include the business name with your order.


It is your responsibility to inform Harper and Lulu immediately if an order has not arrived. If you wish to query a delivery, please contact us at laura@harperandlulu.com and we will track and locate your order.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full by Harper and Lulu.


Orders must be received by 2pm AEST for next business day deliveries within Newcastle via the courier.
No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. Please allow an extra 3 working days delivery time for public holidays.

If extreme temperatures - we will hold the hamper and ship when cooler to ensure products maintain integrity.

3: RETURNS

If a product is damaged through the delivery process, please call Harper and Lulu to arrange for the gift to be returned and a replacement sent. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.
